Brazilian football superstar Neymar has arrived in Saudi Arabia to play for Saudi football club, AlHilal. Neymar signed with AlHilal Saudi Football Club last Tuesday, August 15, for a two-season deal worth €90 million. He transferred after six seasons with Ligue 1 heavyweights Paris Saint-Germain.
Neymar (Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior) will be presented to AlHilal fans at the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh today, August 20, 2023, at a match against Al Fayha.
Neymar’s transfer is one of the biggest boost to the Saudi football league following the transfer of Portuguese football star Cristiano Ronaldo to Al-Nassr FC and French footballer Karim Benzema to Al-Ittihad FC.
